Another technical note of interest is the fact that DXY (USD Index) is now testing both the 55- and 34-day EMA's which are in close proximity to one another and serve as resistance. EUR's fall is therefore swimming against this current; perhaps a reason to believe this will turn into a EUR bloodbath if it closes lower than the current level of 1.2270 at 5pm.
