Our Forex Trading Philosophy

Professional and BalancedForex Trading Philosophy Scale Forex Trading

Our approach to the forex market or Trading Philosophy combines in-depth technical and fundamental analysis.  Looking at the big picture, we determine which particular currencies are exceptionally strong or weak due to underlying economic conditions.  Generally, the long-term trends project such fundamentals to some degree.  Short-term trends are often influenced greatly by technicals and imminent data releases. Intraday forex trading is often a result of emerging patterns, time and volume parameters, and sentiment bias.

Experience and Logic

If we are trading the majors, we must first decide if the US Dollar represents a better buying or selling opportunity on the whole.  Then, using our fundamental and technical expertise, we find the weakest currencies to buy the dollar against, or the strongest currencies to sell the dollar against.  Of course, this forex trading is done in pairs.  Trading the cross currency pairs takes additional steps of pairing strong and weak currencies.  We then use technical indicators and oscillators to pinpoint entry, stop loss and limit prices.  We do not take unnecessary risks and seek quality over quantity.  It sounds simple enough, but under the surface is a great deal of research and experience guiding our trades and your forex trading experience.

Forex Trading Quality Not Quantity

You might find yourself making many trades in a day, week, or month. Much of the time you might find that you nickel-and-dimed yourself into losses. Our experience shows that making too many trades often results in losses. At FX Renew we are focused on finding quality trades based on sound fundamental and technical indicators. We have a disciplined approach to our forex trading. We are not buying every breakout hoping it doesn’t reverse on us. We do not sell into weakness just for the sake of making a trade. If we make a trade it is because there are sound fundamental and/or technical reasons to do so, and we have a good set-up. Do not think that forex trading relies on making a lot of trades, it does not. Forex trading relies on doing quality research and making quality trades.
