FX Renew, LLC “FX Renew” serves as an introducing broker for Gain Capital Holdings "Gain",  Forex Capital Markets “FXCM” and Alpari, which are CFTC-registered, NFA-regulated Retail Foreign Exchange Dealers "RFED."   FX Renew offers premium services at discounted rates and free of charge for live forex account holders introduced to Gain, FXCM and Alpari by FX Renew.   FX Renew also provides live trading clients with additional training, guidance, and support.  These features are available exclusively to FX Renew clients introduced to one or more of these RFED's by FX Renew. FX Renew DOES NOT mark-up the standard spreads of Gain, FXCM or Alpari, in contrast to many Introducing Brokers.

Please Note:  FX Renew is a registered Introducing Broker, not a registered RFED, and therefore cannot accept customer funds on behalf of Gain, FXCM or Alpari  which are registered RFED's.  Any checks or other forms of funding sent to FX Renew will be immediately returned to sender.  You must fund your live trading account by sending your funds directly to Gain, FXCM or Alpari, as applicable, after submitting your application and any additional documents necessary to open a live account.

By clicking the links on our site to open an account, whether demo or live, you will be directed to register for an account with Gain Capital.  After completing the registration process for a demo account, you will be emailed a user name and password, and have immediate access to trade the platform.  After completing the registration for a live trading account, you will be required to submit additional documentation for identification purposes prior to funding your account.  The process is mandatory with all forex brokers to deter money laundering.  You will have several options for funding your account, including check or wire transfer.

As an introducing broker to Gain, FXCM and Alparia, FX Renew provides customers with extensive trader support and training not otherwise available to clients of these RFED's.  Gain, FXCM and Alpari remunerate FX Renew for its efforts in terms of introducing and educating customers with a percentage of the bid/ask spread.  However, FX Renew clients enjoy the same low spreads that Gain, FXCM and Alpari offer non-IB clients.  FX Renew DOES NOT mark-up the spread. 

FX Renew customers also have exclusive access to FX Renew’s live online trading room sessions, training and education.  As the introducing broker, FX Renew will advocate for its clients in successfully resolving any dispute that may arise between the client and the RFED.  These additional benefits do not increase your transaction costs at all.
